In addition to JESS’s keen interest in traveling, and photography, he is also a trained Chef d`Hotel having studied with Paul Bocuse l’Auberge du Pont de Collonges, near Lyon, France; both the Le Cordon Bleu Paris Culinary Arts School in France, and London, England. JESS has taken cooking classes on most of his 133 trips around the world. JESS was the first male to have the office of President of The Future Homemaker’s of America in Texas when he was a Senior at John Reagan High School in Houston.
As maître d‘hôtel of the famous “Tony’s” fine dining restaurant JESS was fortunate to have the tutelage of famedChef Edmond Foulard. Something had to give, and JESS chose travel and tourism, with a ‘side of photography’ and a ‘side of cooking schools/classes around the world.
